Carrie Gonzalez

Carrie Gonzalez has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Carrie is currently the Director of Human Resources at New England Donor Services, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director HRC at Hebrew SeniorLife from February 2016 to June 2022. Before that, they held the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Hebrew SeniorLife from August 2009 to February 2016. Carrie also worked as a Human Resources Generalist/Advisor at Caritas Christi Health Care - St. Elizabeth's Medical Center from September 2006 to July 2009. Their earliest work experience was as a Lead Human Resources Generalist/Sr. Labor Relations Consultant at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Partners Health Care System, where they worked from August 1994 to September 2006.

Carrie Gonzalez pursued their undergraduate education at Ohio University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business. Following this, from 1993 to 1994, they enrolled in Northeastern University for their Master's degree in Human Resources.
