Jessica Langlois, MBA PMP

Jessica Langlois, MBA PMP has extensive experience in project management, particularly in the healthcare industry. Jessica began their career at VNA of Care New England as a Public Relations Intern. Jessica then moved on to Delta Dental of Rhode Island, where they worked as a Project Coordinator Intern.

In 2007, Jessica joined GE Healthcare as a Software Analyst for Centricity Business Applications. In this role, they were responsible for providing support to 10 hospital and large practice revenue-cycle management customers. Jessica assisted clients with software setup, training, customization, and problem resolution.

In 2011, Jessica joined Partners HealthCare as an Application Analyst I for Clinical Systems Documentation Applications at BWH. Their responsibilities included gathering content, building, installing, and testing the eChart Acute Care Documentation system. Jessica also supported existing applications and coordinated the installation of an ADT interface.

Jessica continued their career at Partners HealthCare, taking on the role of Application Analyst I for Order Entry Systems at BWH in 2012. This involved being a subject matter expert for clinical systems applications and working on change management and impact mitigation for inpatient ordering departments. Jessica then progressed to the position of Application Analyst II for Order Entry Systems at BWH, where they served as an application liaison for eCare Inpatient Orders installation.

In 2014, Jessica briefly worked as an Application Coordinator for EpicCare Inpatient Orders at Partners HealthCare. Jessica provided certified Epic build experience for the Inpatient Procedure orders on the eCare implementation team.

In 2015, Jessica joined New England Donor Services as the Manager of the Project Management Office. Jessica was responsible for building and maintaining the company's long and short-term Information Technology plans. Jessica also led a dynamic team and monitored and measured the implementation of project plans.

Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills in the healthcare industry.

Jessica Langlois, MBA PMP completed their education history in a chronological order. Jessica first pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Management from Providence College, attending from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they enrolled at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and obtained a High Tech MBA degree in Management from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jessica Langlois has also attained several certifications. In May 2014, they received the EpicCare Inpatient Procedure Orders Certification from Epic. Later, in April 2021, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
