Jillian Wojtowicz

Jillian Wojtowicz has a strong background in organ operations and surgical recovery, with over 12 years of experience in the field. Jillian began their career at Wing Memorial Hospital Medical as an Admissions Representative from July 2006 to December 2009. In 2010, they joined the New England Organ Bank, where they worked as an Organ Clinical Coordinator until August 2013. Jillian was then promoted to Team Lead, Organ Clinical Coordinator and held that role until January 2015. From January 2015 to January 2017, they served as the Manager of Organ Operations at the New England Organ Bank. In January 2017, Jillian transitioned to New England Donor Services and took on the role of Manager, Organ Operations until October 2019. Jillian was then promoted to Associate Director, Organ Operations and Surgical Recovery and held that position until May 2021. From May 2021 to January 2022, they served as the Director of Organ Operations and Surgical Recovery at New England Donor Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Organ Operations at the same organization, starting in January 2022.

Jillian Wojtowicz completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Endicott College between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Care Management and Psychology at Newbury College from 2006 to 2010.
