Dennis Charland Jr. is a seasoned professional in the field of sales and benefits management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Zelis since November 2015. In addition to this role, Dennis has been actively involved with the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) as Treasurer, Executive Committee Member, and Board Member since June 2014. Prior experience includes significant positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts from February 2005 to November 2015, where responsibilities ranged from Vice President of National Accounts and Consultant Relations to Consultant Sales Executive. Earlier career roles involved benefits management at Ahold Delhaize and consulting at Hewitt Associates. Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Health Care Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business between 1999 and 2002.
