Karen Hunter has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in global compensation and benefits programs. Currently serving as President of Added Benefit Consulting since January 2018, Karen provides practical support for evaluating, designing, and implementing HR solutions, particularly during staff vacancies and organizational changes. Involvement with the New England Employee Benefits Council includes roles on the Board of Directors, culminating in Director Emeritus status as of June 2020, along with significant contributions as Treasurer and President. Previous leadership experiences at A. W. Chesterton Company, Keystone Dental, Interactive Data Corporation, and BankBoston/Fleet Financial have further solidified Karen's expertise in compensation, benefits, and HR systems management. Education was completed at Northeastern University.
