Theresa Flynn has extensive experience in the employee benefits and consulting sector, currently serving as a Partner at Brown & Brown since November 2008, where previous roles included Principal and Partner at Strategic Benefit Advisors. Theresa holds positions on the Select Board and Personnel Board for the Town of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the New England Employee Benefits Council since September 2021 and the State Retiree Benefits Trust Fund Board for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since August 2018. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Kinloch Consulting Group and Vice President at HRH, alongside earlier positions such as Senior Benefits Analyst at EG&G and Human Resources at Jordan Marsh. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Economics from Westfield State University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Framingham State University.
