Chaz Foti

Chaz Foti is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as a union carpenter for both the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America and New England Finish Systems, LLC since October 2022 and September 2022, respectively. Prior to this, Chaz held the position of project manager/lead foreman at Earnshaw Development and Construction from October 2020 to October 2022, overseeing job site coordination and problem-solving efforts during pre-construction. Chaz also owned and operated Maximum Quality Fence and Construction from March 2013 to June 2021, managing all aspects of the business, from accounting and customer relations to job scheduling and site supervision. Additional experience includes roles as production foreman at R.D. Fence Company and various technical positions in the automotive and logistics sectors. Chaz holds an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from North Shore Community College and is pursuing a degree in radiology technology at Northern Essex Community College.
