Guilherme Pena

Guilherme Pena, MScEng, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager at New England Finish Systems LLC since June 2021, Guilherme previously held similar roles at Central Ceilings, Inc. where responsibilities included managing multiple projects with annual revenues exceeding $5 million. With prior experience as an Associate Project Manager and civil engineering internships, Guilherme has effectively managed jobs up to $2 million while demonstrating expertise in project estimation, planning, and execution. Guilherme holds a Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, earned between 2005 and 2012.
