Gilbert Navarro

Gilbert Navarro is an experienced soccer coach and analyst currently serving as the Director of Coaching Assistant for the Boys Program at New England Futbol Club since June 2025 and as an Assistant Coach for the Western Mass Pioneers in USL 2. Previously, Gilbert held roles at Valeo FC as an MLS Next U13 & U14 Assistant Coach and U12 Pre-MLS Next Head Coach, and at Boston College as a Performance Analyst and Tactical Video Specialist. Notably, during tenure at Waltham Sr High School, Gilbert achieved the program's first winning record in over 25 years with an 8-1-4 season. Prior experience includes positions at New York Red Bulls as Club Coordinator in Talent & Development Operations and at New England Revolution as a Player Development Coach. Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics from Western Governors University.
