Matt Arsenault has extensive experience in customer service and sales within the ice cream industry and beyond. Since April 2015, Matt has served as the Customer Service Manager at New England Ice Cream Corporation, a role that follows an earlier position as Inside Sales Account Manager at New England Ice Cream from February 2014 to June 2015. Prior to these roles, Matt worked at Glass America from January 2007 to October 2012 as a Manager and Account Manager, further developing a strong foundation in account management and customer relations.
