Aj Highsmith

Aj Highsmith is an experienced professional in football scouting and management, currently serving as the Director of Pro Scouting for the New England Patriots since May 2025. Prior to this role, Highsmith held the position of Director of Scouting for the Tennessee Titans from May 2024 to May 2025 and worked as a College Scout for the Buffalo Bills from May 2019 to May 2024. Highsmith’s career began with the San Francisco 49ers, where roles included Pro Personnel Scout and Scouting Assistant from August 2014 to May 2019. Earlier experiences include serving as a Summer Assistant Coach at Booker T. Washington High School and mentoring at Empowered Youth, both in 2012. Highsmith holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration from the same institution.
