Rachel McCaffrey

Rachel McCaffrey is an experienced marketing and promotions professional with a strong background in customer service and event management. Currently serving as the Marketing and Promotions Coordinator at the University of Massachusetts Amherst since August 2011, Rachel also works as a Concierge representative for VIP Services at the New England Patriots, providing exceptional customer assistance at Gillette Stadium. Previous roles include Sales Associate at CVS Pharmacy, Teaching Assistant at the Isenberg School of Management, and various internships in marketing and event operations, including with the New England Patriots, UMass Athletics, and Worcester Sharks. Rachel holds a BBA and BS in Marketing and Sport Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
