Michael Milazzo

Michael Milazzo serves as the Head Academy Coach for the New England Revolution since July 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Assistant Soccer Coach for the North Carolina Football Club's USL L1 Professional team and U23 Head Coach from February 2021 to July 2022, and U19 Head Coach at North Carolina FC Youth from 2018 to 2022. Milazzo has also contributed as Assistant Coach and Performance Analyst at North Carolina Football Club, with a strong focus on training plan development, opposition analysis, and player recruitment. A seasoned Technical Advisor and Scout, Milazzo has worked with various clubs both domestically and internationally, including San Diego Zest FC in Japan and Ubuntu Cape Town FC in South Africa. Milazzo's extensive educational background in football coaching and management includes several licenses from U.S. Soccer Federation and the Scottish Football Association, as well as a B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
