Shaynah Jerman

Shaynah Jerman is an experienced professional specializing in event coordination and training management within the sports and education sectors. Currently serving as the Training & Events Project Coordinator at the Employers Association of the NorthEast, Shaynah develops and analyzes public training calendars to align course offerings with market demand. In addition to this role, Shaynah works with the Boston Red Sox as Fan and Youth Engagement Staff, creating immersive experiences for guests, while also serving as an Event Ambassador for Kraft Sports + Entertainment, where guest services and event execution are key responsibilities. Previous experience includes tutoring undergraduate business students at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and holding various marketing and events roles at organizations such as Feast & Fettle and New England Revolution. Shaynah holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
