Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Site Director at New England Seafood since August 2019, Darren previously held multiple positions at Youngs Seafood (Findus Group) from January 2002 to September 2019, including Site Director, Manufacturing Director, and Supply Chain Manager. Known for supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, Darren excels at building and developing teams through motivation, planning, empowerment, and effective communication.
