Neil McCormick has extensive experience in operations management within the food industry, currently serving as Operations Director at New England Seafood since November 2012, after progressing from Head of Operations at the same company from 2007 to 2012. Previous roles include Senior Production Manager and Operations Coordinator at Arla Foods between 2003 and 2007, Manufacturing Team Manager at Cereal Partners U.K. from 2002 to 2003, and various positions at Unigate from 1999 to 2002, including Shift Manager and graduate trainee. Neil McCormick holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh, completed in 1999.
