Raquel Nogueira is an experienced professional in the food industry with a strong background in specifications management and technical services. Currently serving as the Specifications and Change Manager at New England Seafood since July 2018, Raquel previously held roles as a Specifications Technologist. Raquel's experience also includes working as a Process Manager at The Brooklands Bakery and serving as a Specifications and Technical Services Technologist at euphorium bakery. Earlier in the career, Raquel was employed as a Specifications Officer at CSM Bakery Supplies Europe Division from October 2008 to August 2014. Raquel Nogueira holds a degree in Science & Technology, Science, Technology and Society from Escolar Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro, completed in 2008.
