Roman Steperenkov is an experienced professional in data insights and analytics, currently serving as an Insights Manager at New England Seafood since December 2022, where Roman focuses on advanced data analysis and consumer insights. Formerly the Head of Consumer Insights and Analytics at The HEINEKEN Company, Roman drove consumer-first strategies across a portfolio of over 30 brands. With a strong foundation in client consulting from roles at Kantar and Nielsen, as well as insights management at Unilever and Mondelēz International, Roman has consistently influenced marketing strategies through data-driven insights. Educationally, Roman holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Master's in Applied Physics and Math from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, complemented by a Data Science bootcamp from HyperionDev.
