Melisa Pantoja

Melisa Pantoja holds the position of Training Manager in HR Leadership Development at NETA (New England Treatment Access, LLC) since March 2017, where Melisa leads a new business function aimed at enhancing leadership development and talent management for over 1700 associates across multiple states. Prior to this role, Melisa served as Operations Training Manager, overseeing comprehensive training programs to ensure compliance and standardized practices within manufacturing and retail. Additionally, Melisa has held roles including Compliance Operations Specialist and Patient Service Associate at NETA, Travel Coordinator at Beacon Health Options, Executive Assistant at Randolph Savings Bank, and various positions culminating as Teller Manager. Melisa is an alumnus of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
