Christine Chagnon serves as the Chief Operating Officer at New England Village, Inc. since September 2021 and previously held the position of Associate Vice President of Programs. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Operations at BAMSI from January 2016 to September 2021 and working at Crystal Springs, Inc. from 2002 to September 2016, where roles included Behavior Specialist, Director/Administrator of Adult Day Program Services, Developmental Specialist, and Residential Manager. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Public Administration from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Christine's extensive experience emphasizes program development, staff training in Applied Behavior Analysis, and support for individuals with developmental disabilities to foster independence and skill development.

New England Village (NEV) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities realize their potential and pursue their dreams through innovative programs and community living. Using a person-centered approach, we offer a variety of services, including day habilitation, employment supports, and residential living. With 17 modern and beautifully maintained homes in a picturesque setting in Pembroke as well as a state-of-the-art wellness center and a beautiful day facility in Kingston, NEV supports 78 individuals in its Residential Services Division and 160 clients in its Day Services programs.
