Brad Thawley

Brad Thawley is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in limited partner relations and investment management. Currently serving as a Partner in Limited Partner Relations at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) since January 2022, Brad previously held key roles as Senior Director at UTIMCO from December 2018 to June 2021 and as Senior Investment Manager at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas from August 2005 to January 2019. Early in their career, Brad was a Senior RSA at Standard & Poor's from 2001 to 2005. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Bucknell University (1996-2000) and completed a Semester in Alaska program at NOLS in 1998.
