Tember Shea

Tember Shea brings extensive experience in supporting startups and fostering innovation within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Currently serving as a Board Member at New Enterprise Forum and a Steering Committee Member at MedHealth Innovation, Tember focuses on coaching startups and connecting them with investors. As the Venture Community and Portfolio Manager at Invest Detroit Ventures, Tember oversees startup tracking and resource identification for growth acceleration. In a prior role at Inforum as Director of inGAGE™, Tember developed strategies to promote high-growth women entrepreneurs in Michigan. Tember's career also includes leadership positions in marketing and operations across various organizations, complemented by a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University and training from the Venture Capital Institute.
