Jae Um

Jae Um is the current advisor at New Era ADR. Jae has an extensive background in pricing strategy and analytics, having worked as the Director of Pricing Strategy at Baker McKenzie from January 2018 to December 2020. In this role, Jae led a global team of pricing specialists, providing analysis and consultative advice to relationship partners leading key client relationships. Jae was also responsible for conceptualizing and validating behavioral models to identify highest-value client relationships and optimize pricing strategies.

Prior to Baker McKenzie, Jae worked as a pricing analyst at LegalMation and Reynen Court Inc. In their previous roles, Jae developed expertise in pricing research, price optimization, and developing strategic recommendations for clients. Jae's experience in pricing strategy and analytics makes their a valuable asset to New Era ADR.

Jae Um received a BA in Jae'story from the University of California, Los Angeles.
