Sean Chou

Sean Chou is the advisor at New Era ADR. Prior to that, they were the CTO and EVP of Services at SAP Fieldglass from January 2000 to August 2014. Sean was employee #2 and provided the strategy and vision for Fieldglass’ award-winning cloud solution since from inception through SAP acquisition. Sean was also responsible for all operational aspects of Fieldglass including development and delivery of Fieldglass’ SaaS solution and services, overseeing the product development, hosting, implementation, customer care and marketing departments.

Before joining SAP Fieldglass, Sean was a Technical Project Manager at Giant Step from January 1999 to December 2000. Sean managed the more technically challenging e-commerce projects for Giant Step blue-chip customers and was also involved in the design of solutions, development of the project management methodology, as well as sales proposals and pitches.

Sean started their career as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen from January 1997 to December 1999.

Sean Chou has a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
