Selma Belghiti

Selma Belghiti's work experience includes positions at various companies in different roles. Selma began their career as an Internal Audit and IT Intern at Cooper Pharma in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Strategy and Business Development Intern at Fidaroc Grant Thornton and also served as the Finance Manager at The Daily Pennsylvanian. In 2015, they were a Summer Intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co. In 2016, they joined EY as a Technology Consultant. Selma then joined McKinsey & Company in 2018, where they held roles as a Senior Business Analyst and later as an Engagement Manager. Currently, they are working at New Era Capital Partners as a Principal, starting in 2023.

Selma Belghiti completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) with a focus on Systems Science and Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma from the Casablanca American School between 2006 and 2012. Selma'searlier education was at the George Washington Academy from 1998 to 2006.
