Rogier Maessen is a Co-Founder & Partner at New Era Consultancy, where Rogier helps organizations implement their brand promise in all customer interactions. Prior to this, Rogier worked at ING Nederland for over a decade as a CX expert, focusing on enhancing the customer experience mindset and impact within the company. Rogier has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies and has also completed a Life Planning course in 2019. Additionally, Rogier has undertaken Intensive Language Training in Spanish at Don Quijote in 2002.
