Pratik Hande is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in application development and software engineering. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at New Era Life Insurance Company since April 2013, Pratik specializes in full stack Java-based application development, focusing on both monolithic and microservices architectures. Prior experience includes roles at Mobisoft Infotech as an Applications Developer, where Pratik worked on iOS projects involving GPS tracking and Bluetooth integration, and at L&T Infotech as a Software Engineer, developing Java and J2EE applications. Academic contributions were made as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Houston, supporting software engineering and computer graphics courses. Pratik holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Mumbai University.
