Laura McIndoe

Laura McIndoe is an experienced manager with a strong background in housing and customer service. Since October 2019, Laura has served as the Housing Business and Customer Manager at New Forest District Council, overseeing a multi-skilled team in a busy housing maintenance department and managing customer service operations. Prior to this role, Laura was the Office Manager at Stannah from July 2010 to September 2019, where responsibilities included administration and job management of engineers. Additionally, Laura has experience as a Customer Service Representative at Appello UK and as a Store Manager at Pets Corner. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from Writtle University College, attained between 2004 and 2007.
