David Brentlinger

David Brentlinger serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at New Forests, Inc., actively engaging as an outside Investment Committee member focused on asset management and financial advisory. With extensive experience in the field, Brentlinger has held the position of Executive Director of U.S. investments, overseeing operations related to sensitive area mitigation bank credits and carbon credits. In addition, Brentlinger is a board member of Shasta Cascade Timberlands REIT, which specializes in timberland management and forest carbon credits. Previously, Brentlinger was Vice President of Operations at Newland, managing a large master-planned community, and held various leadership roles at Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors and Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company. Brentlinger holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MIA from Columbia SIPA, and a BA from Stanford University.
