Jeffrey Briggs

Jeffrey Briggs is currently the Managing Director for North America at New Forests, focusing on alternative investment management for nature-based real assets and natural capital strategies. Previously, Jeffrey served as Chief Operating Officer at WasteFuel and held multiple leadership roles, including Board Member at Green Plains Partners and COO/President of Ethanol at Green Plains Inc., where significant growth was achieved. With experience founding Frigate Capital LLC and leading businesses such as Valmont Industries and Electronic Plating Service, Jeffrey has demonstrated expertise in mergers and acquisitions, operations, and strategic management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from UCLA.
