Nana Afoah Appiah-Korang

Nana Afoah Appiah-Korang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate governance. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Amayi Foods Limited since January 2014, Nana has actively contributed to the growth of the company. In addition, Nana serves as an Investment Committee Member for both New Forests and Nyala Venture, the latter focusing on Gender Lens Investing and supporting local capital providers in sub-Saharan Africa. As a Board Member for Vanguard Assurance, appointed by Blue Orchard, Nana represents the company's interests in general insurance. Previous roles include Director at Emerging Capital Partners from 2002 to 2018 and Board and Investment Committee Member at the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund. Nana's educational background includes a TRIUM Global Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Mount Holyoke College. Further language studies were completed at Middlebury Language Schools in 2023.
