Jake Schwartz

Jake Schwartz has a varied and extensive work experience. Starting in 2003, they were the Head Trader at Capital Counsel LLC. Jake then went on to co-found The Tank in 2003 and Sparkling Fresh Holdings, LLC in 2005. In 2007, they were a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, and in 2008 they were a Senior Associate/Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Liberty Associated Partners LP. From 2010 to 2017, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of General Assembly. In 2020, they joined the Board of Directors at BIC, and in 2021 they became a Venture Partner at New Form Capital.

Jake Schwartz obtained their MBA from The Wharton School in 2008, and prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in American Studies from Yale University in 2000.
