Desmond Iain Catterall

Iain Catterall has been a member of the board of directors since January 2019. Mr. Catterall currently serves as a principal and Chief Executive Officer of Kirkham Capital, an investment business focused on seeding fund managers, a position he has held since founding the firm in January 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Catterall served as the head of equities at Rand Merchant Bank from January 2003 to December 2008 and was also a member of Rand Merchant Bank’s management board and investment committee. He was also a founding member of Thynk Capital, a private equity company, and, prior to that, a founding director of Cadiz Holdings Limited, a Johannesburg Stock Exchange listed financial services company. Mr. Catterall holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Natal (Durban).
