Jesse Reijskens

Jesse Reijskens has extensive experience in the energy industry, particularly in LNG operations and projects. Jesse began their career in 2006 as a Captain on an LPG carrier at Exmar Shipmanagement. From 2006 to 2009, they served as an LNG STS & Regas Superintendent at the same company. In 2009, they joined Exmar Singapore Pte LTD as a Manager of LNG Operations & Projects until 2012. Following that, they worked at Exmar as an FLNG Project Director from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they briefly served as the General Manager at Caribbean FLNG SAS before joining Excelerate Energy as a Senior Director of Operations, a position they held until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as the VP of Projects at Pilot LNG LLC. Currently, they serve as the VP of Marine Development at New Fortress Energy.

Jesse Reijskens pursued an eMBA degree in Shipping, Offshore & Finance from BI Norwegian Business School in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they completed their Masters degree in Nautical studies from Antwerp Maritime Academy in 1991-1995. Their earlier education includes attending Koninklijk Atheneum 1 Hasselt from 1985-1991. Jesse also holds additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Manned Model Ship handling, Master Mariner, and OPTIMOOR mooring software.
