Mark Miola

Mark Miola, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Mark most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at New Freedom. Prior to that, they held the position of COO at Redirect Health, where they played a key role in revolutionizing the healthcare journey. Mark also served as an Interim COO and CEO at CXO Advisors & Management, overseeing the operations of Akos MD and These Three Medical. As the Founding COO at Solera Health, they played a crucial role in building the operational infrastructure of the startup venture. Mark has also served as the Interim COO at Green Street Communities, Inc., where they focused on enhancing communities by capturing their character and integrity. In addition, Mark has held leadership positions such as the Sr. Director of Operations at EXOS and the National Service Leader at Rain Bird. Mark was also a VP at RadioShack and Wireless Retail, where they introduced operational metrics and goals that improved the company's processes. At Micros Systems, Inc., Mark successfully turned around a troubled regional office as the General Manager of the Midwest Region. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated their expertise in operations, strategic planning, team leadership, and process improvement.

Mark Miola, MBA has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Mark later pursued their MBA with a focus on Strategy, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 1995 to 1997.
