Bianca Davis currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Development Officer at New Friends New Life, where responsibility includes strategic direction for donor relationships and effective messaging. Bianca was a 2023 Presidential Leadership Scholar in a program designed to enhance leadership through the experiences of former U.S. presidents. As a 2021 graduate of the FBI Dallas Citizens Academy, Bianca gained insights into the agency's operations. Prior roles include serving as Sr. Director of Fund and Community Development and Director of Development at Genesis Women's Shelter & Support, and as Communications Manager at Medical City Dallas Hospital. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Temple University and a Master of Arts in Management from Dallas Baptist University, along with completing the Stagen Leadership Academy.

New Friends New Life restores and empowers formerly trafficked teen girls and sexually exploited women and children. Some are part of the more than 100,000 American women and children trafficked each year. New Friends New Life uses a holistic approach to assist women with overcoming backgrounds of abuse, addiction, poverty, and limited opportunities by providing access to education, job training, interim financial assistance and spiritual support. Each year, New Friends New Life serves approximately 1,000 women and children through its comprehensive programs.
