Monica Flores, LMSW, currently serves as the Director of Case Management at New Friends New Life, where responsibilities have included managing youth programs and coordinating youth services since May 2021. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Intake Coordinator at the Round Rock Area Serving Center from May 2020 to May 2021. Monica completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) at The University of Texas at Arlington from August 2022 to August 2023, following a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin attained from August 2015 to May 2019.

New Friends New Life restores and empowers formerly trafficked teen girls and sexually exploited women and children. Some are part of the more than 100,000 American women and children trafficked each year. New Friends New Life uses a holistic approach to assist women with overcoming backgrounds of abuse, addiction, poverty, and limited opportunities by providing access to education, job training, interim financial assistance and spiritual support. Each year, New Friends New Life serves approximately 1,000 women and children through its comprehensive programs.
