Jay Burgess

Jay Burgess has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, specializing in control systems, automation, and software development. Currently serving as Control Systems and Automation at New Frontier Technologies since October 2018, Jay has previously held various roles including Web/Mobile App Architect at Sprint from 2006 to 2018 and Senior Software Engineer at CA Technologies from 2003 to 2006. Additional experience includes positions such as Software Development Manager/Architect at Sprint PCS and Web Architect/Development Lead at Digital Archaeology. Jay’s career began as a Software Engineer at Control Systems International and spans across several other organizations including Informix. Educational qualifications include a BS in Chemistry and a BA in Computer Science from The University of Kansas.
