Brenda Roberts

Brenda Roberts has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Brenda is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at New Gold Inc. since November 2021. Prior to that, they were an HR Manager at Glencore (formerly Xstrata Nickel) starting from January 2019. Brenda also worked at Baffinland Iron Mines Corp. where they held the roles of Human Resources Superintendent and Human Resources Manager from October 2013 to October 2013. Before that, they were a Senior Recruiter at Rio Tinto Diamonds from January 2012 to September 2012. Brenda has also worked as an HR Advisor at Inuvialuit Regional Corporation from March 2010 to 2011. Brenda started their career as an HR Specialist at Vale in 2004 and later became an HR Coordinator at CFPSA from 2002 to 2004.

Brenda Roberts attended the Memorial University of Newfoundland from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
