Engineering Manager - Blackwater Project at New Gold

Mitch Lepage has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mitch started their career in 2003 as an Equipment Technician at MetroPhotonics, where they worked until 2007. In 2006, they joined Canfor as a Maintenance Manager and stayed in this role until 2008. Following that, they worked at Allnorth Consultants Limited as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2012. Mitch's most recent position was as an Engineering Manager at New Gold, where they started in 2012 and is currently working on the Blackwater Project.

Mitch Lepage obtained a Project Management Certificate from the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) in 2010. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Maintenance Management Professional program at UNBC. In 1999 to 2000, Mitch attended the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology where they studied Electro-Mechanical/Robotics Engineering Technician. Furthermore, from 1997 to 2000, they also pursued a program in Electronics Engineering Technician at the same institution.
