Sarah Anderson, P.Eng., PMP has a diverse work experience in the engineering and mining industry. Sarah currently works at New Gold Inc. as a Project Engineer, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Project Coordinator at the same company from March 2019 to September 2022.

Before joining New Gold Inc., Sarah worked at BGC Engineering as a Junior Geotechnical/Mining Engineer from February 2014 to February 2019. Sarah also gained experience as a Mining Intern at Shell Canada Energy from May 2012 to December 2012.

Sarah began their career as a Field Assistant at the Yukon Geological Survey from May 2011 to September 2011. Sarah'sextensive work experience showcases their expertise in project management, engineering, and mining.

Sarah Anderson, P.Eng., PMP completed their education in mining and mineral engineering. Sarah started their education at St. Francis Xavier University, where they obtained a diploma in Mining and Mineral Engineering from 2009 to 2011. Sarah continued their studies at Dalhousie University, specializing in Mineral Resource Engineering from 2011 to 2013. Alongside their formal education, they have also obtained additional certifications. In March 2020, they became a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) through Engineers and Geoscientists BC. Then, in September 2022, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
