Heather Ralphs has extensive experience in the finance and operations sectors, currently serving as a Residential Mortgage Originator at New Hampshire Community Loan Fund since July 2015. Held various roles within the same organization, including Loan Underwriting Assistant and Senior Operations Administrator. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Financial Coordinator at Luba G. Richter, DMD, PA from November 2010 to July 2015 and gained experience in customer service as a Server at Applebee's from September 2006 to August 2012. Additionally, Heather held the position of Bank Service Representative III at Bank of New Hampshire between July 2008 and November 2010. Educationally, Heather attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2005 to 2008, following attendance at Concord High School from 2000 to 2004.

The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund turns investments and donations into loans and education that create opportunity and transform lives across the Granite State. We loan directly to, and on behalf of, people with low and moderate incomes to create and preserve affordable housing, good jobs, and child care and other vital community services. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and one of the first community development financial institutions (CDFIs) in the U.S., and have received industry awards and recognition for social impact, financial strength and performance.
