Ryan Timms

Ryan Timms is an experienced Information Technology Security Analyst at New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. since February 2019. Prior to this role, Ryan served as an Information System Specialist at NJVC-LLC from June 2016 to February 2019, focusing on Unix/Windows systems maintenance and software upgrades. Ryan's career began in the US Army, where Ryan held positions as a Cryptologic Linguist specializing in Mandarin Chinese and as a Satellite Communications Technician from July 2009 to July 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, a Bachelor's degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Bay State College, an Associate of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, and earlier studies at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University.
