Sharon Davis

Chair at New Hampshire Electric Cooperative

Sharon has many years of varied business experience as well having served a number of years on non-profit Boards of Directors. Since the fall of 2008, she owns and operates The Country Lady Bug Greenhouse in Campton, NH. From August 2007 to August 2008, Sharon served as the Associate Executive Director for Pemi-Baker Home Health & Hospice. From October 1999 to August 2007, served as the VP-Regulatory Corporate Compliance Officer for Northway Bank. From January 1989 to October 1999 served as the Regulatory Compliance Officer for Pemigewasset National Bank. From September 1968 through December 1988, Sharon worked at a well-known law firm in Plymouth, NH.

Sharon is a graduate of Plymouth High School and Champlain College in Burlington, VT. She has also graduated from UNH Continuing Education in Paralegal Studies; ABA Compliance School; New England School of Banking; Leadership New Hampshire Class of 1999; and ICBA Compliance School earning Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer designation.

Sharon was the first NH Electric Cooperative Director to complete the NRECA Director Gold program which is the final training in a series of three director programs. In September 2012, Sharon was awarded the “Commissioner Service Award” by Northeast Public Power Association in recognition of her distinguished service to the NH Electric Cooperative.

In addition to being a member of NHEC’s Board of Directors, Sharon is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the New Hampshire Electric Cooperative Foundation, a member of the Campton Board of Selectmen; Treasurer of Pemi-Baker Regional School District and Treasurer of Campton School District.
