Craig Bulkley

Craig Bulkley has extensive experience in public administration and military service. Currently serving as Legislative Liaison and Special Projects at the NH State Liquor Commission since July 2016, Craig previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Director of the Division of Administration at the same organization from November 1997 to June 2016, overseeing finance, budgeting, public policy, and government relations. Craig is a retired Colonel from the United States Army, with a 30-year career in Military Intelligence, concluding as the Army Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer for New Hampshire. Past roles include Legal Administrator at Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, P.C., and Town Administrator for Derry, NH, where Craig managed various municipal services. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College.
