With extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting, Jennifer has effectively managed financial statement preparations and audit engagements, overseen internal controls, and contributed to merger and acquisition activities at various financial institutions. Prior roles include VP Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager at Farmington Bank and Assurance Director at RSM US LLP, where Jennifer demonstrated leadership in both audit and financial reporting processes. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Quinnipiac University, graduated in 1999.
