Briana Cardwell

Trustee at New Hampton School

Briana Cardwell is currently a trustee at New Hampton School. Prior to that, they worked as a staff attorney at Community Legal Aid from June 2020 to May 2022. Briana also worked as a 3L Public Interest Peer Advisor at Boston University School of Law from September 2019 to June 2020, advising 1L and 2L students on how to create a career path in the public/nonprofit sector. From May 2019 to July 2019, they were a summer legal intern at ACLU. Briana was also a 3:03 certified student attorney at Boston University Immigrants' Rights Clinic from September 2018 to May 2019, representing an asylum seeker at a Master Calendar Hearing and Individual Merits Hearings before an immigration judge. Lastly, they were a law student intern at Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project from June 2018 to August 2018.

Briana Cardwell is a J.D. Candidate at Boston University School of Law. Briana holds a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies and Sociology from Bowdoin College. Briana also attended New Hampton School.
