Vipul Thaker is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute on Internal Auditors, Florida, USA and Alumni of IIM,A with experience in all fundamental areas of Chartered Accountancy practice.

As CEO of nhbs LLP, he has demonstrated his long term vision coincide with deeper understanding of client needs and ease of building team. With this, he has created a dedicated team of 300 + own resources and more than 500+ liquid force to cater to 75+ eminent clients requirements on pan India basis, in a span of about 3 to 5yrs.

His experience and expertise is spread across various industries in the field on Accounting, Internal Audit, Verification, Systems Review, Study, Design & Development, Project Monitoring, Due Diligence Review and Inspections. He has also provided consultancy to many corporates in areas of Strategy building, Corporate Finance activities like Debt Syndication, Preparation of Business Plan, Fund Raising etc.
