Alan Gibbons

Alan Gibbons is an experienced educator specializing in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). Currently, Alan serves as an ESL Instructor at New Haven Adult Education and has held a long-term position with the New Haven Board of Ed since 1998. Prior roles include serving as an ESL Teacher at Wilbur Cross High School and an instructor at Yale University's English Language Institute. Alan's educational background includes a BA in Peace and Global Studies from Earlham College, a Master's in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Southern Connecticut State University, and a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School.
