Kemarie Whiting

Kemarie Whiting is a Yoga Therapist in Training at New Haven Residential Treatment Center, where Kemarie has been employed since August 2019, and also serves as a Yoga Teacher. As an independent contractor since May 2011, Kemarie has worked as a Spanish Translator and previously held the position of Medical Interpreter at Intermountain Healthcare from May 2016 to August 2017, providing interpretation services in medical settings. Kemarie also worked as a Spanish rater for Avant Assessment from May 2011 to June 2014, evaluating the language skills of students. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Translation from Brigham Young University (2003-2011) and ongoing studies in Clinical Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT) at My Vinyasa Practice, LLC, with a degree expected in February 2024, following completion of a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training program from the same institution between June 2020 and January 2022.
